THIS RECIPE, is the recipe to have on hand always. I mean, who doesn’t love chocolate?! I make this recipe ALL the time, whenever I am craving chocolate. This is also my most requested recipe, and for a long time, I have kept it a secret. I have handed it out to only a handful of people, but now, the world is about to get a lot sweeter. I’ve decided to share my FAVORITE cookie recipe!
The recipe is simple, you mix all your dry ingredients first, then add everything else. I always mix in the chocolate chips last. It’s best to have room temperature butter, gives your dough the best consistency.
Grab a baby to help (optional).
When placing dough on the cookie sheet, I’ve found what makes the best cookie (crisp on the outside edges and still gooey in the center) is to roll your dough into balls. Plus it makes your cookies a nice and even circle when they bake.
I bake mine on convection at 350 degrees for 8-12 minutes. You want the edges to slightly brown but have the middle still be squishy.
WARNING: Once you make these, you will no longer need any other recipe! Try the recipe, tag me @homewithedith on Instagram!
