This is, hands down, the easiest bread recipe you’ll ever need. The more complicated things are, at least for me, the less likely I am to stick with it. I make this at least once, sometimes twice a week! If you have stand mixer, this bread pretty much makes itself!
Here is a quick glance at how easy it is. Full recipe is at the end of this post!
Step 1: Warm your milk. Should be the temp of warm bath water. Simply mix in your instant yeast and let sit for about 10 minutes, or until bubbly. Add the rest of your ingredients. Cover, and let rise for about an hour, or until double in size.
Once doubled in size, divide dough into two. Shape dough. To shape your dough, simply flatten out into a rectangle. Roll your rectangle hotdog wise, then tuck in your ends.
Place into an oiled bread pan. Cover and let rise for another hour, or until doubled in size.
Your going to now bake your bread in the oven at 400 degrees or 25 minutes.
Let cool before slicing.
Optional: Make a grilled cheese! This bread seriously makes the best grilled cheese.
